Manzel is multi-tiered construction and interiors company with a focus on the Perth, residential market.

As a husband and wife team we have worked together for over 10 years, striving to push one another to create and deliver projects that exceed our clients expectations. We only take on a select few projects to ensure our high standard of service for each and every client.

Construction -

Established in late 2021, our managing director James Bell draws on over 14 years of construction experience working for some of Perth and Sydney’s best luxury and eco friendly construction companies to forge his our path with Manzel. From Dalkeith to Dover Heights, some of Perth and Sydney’s premium built homes have been under his management.

James’s experience is consolidated with being a registered builder in both NSW and WA as well as holding a Commerce degree.

Interiors -

Having run her own interior design company for many years, Tania Bell brings a wealth of residential interior experience to Manzel. Tania has a tailored approach for clients to achieve a design that is on budget, meets the clients requirements, and ensures the home will be functional and timeless long into the future.

With inhouse interior design integrated with construction at Manzel, it provides the link for a seamless transition from the show room selection, excellent documentation, budgeting, procurement, to the finished product being installed on site.
